Crazy
Life is so crazy right now. I don't know if I'm right, but I don't think that I have ever been more busy than I am right now. ...I probably have been.
Yeah, last week was the first week of second semester (I've been avoiding writing this... but this is a horrible event I'm going to want to remember, so there you go). Anyway the fourth (of February) was the first day of second semester, and I went to all my classes - dance, writer's craft and chemistry.
Dance was especially cool, we had all these awesome assignments, with choreographing dances for the school spring show (and auditioning people for them), and also having a professional choreographer coming in to choreograph a dance for our class. Also there were trips and festivals and all kinds of great things! We all agreed it was going to be a TON of work, and at least two hours a week afterschool of practices, and crazyness. So the whole class was all excited - all seven of us.
That weekend I started doing my homework (scrapbook crap), something I have never in the history of my life done (I mean, homework after only 45 minutes of the class). Anyway, we go in on Monday and dance, well, do yoga, it was painful as hell, but it was still great because it was dance. We go in on Tuesday, and apparently the teacher wants to have "a chat". That's never good. So she tells us that basically the school wants to close our class because there are only seven people, for all these reasons which in the end relate to saving the school money, or similar. I could go on and on, about how completely unfair this decision is, but I don't have days to spare. I could also go on about all the bastard things the school did, like close the class so that even if people wanted to join they couldn't - the usual bastardness.
Anyway, what this amounted to was three timetable changes for me, making me lose the course I *needed* to boost my average after a bad mark in my first semester (it's university time, agh!), and putting me a week behind everyone else. I do not have one class that I was in on the fourth of February. Not one!
