At a glance...
It's been a while... I haven't really written any entries since Saturday, although it never showed up because my computer was been mean! So I'll have to comment on the past few days briefly.
From about Friday, around 6 to today: I find that lately I've been feeling really happy and giddy. These past few days I have probably been the happiest since I started high school. And today's Quote of the day is:
~ I watched the movie The Bumblebee Flies Anyway. It was a pretty good movie, staring Elijah Wood, which isn't too bad, however I found that it was lacking in something. I'm not sure what that 'something' is, but something was missing.
~ On Saturday, I went to the mall and the hairdresser. I got some new shoes for gym and a jacket, and I convinced my mom to let me get red streaks in my hair, which I was very happy about. I'm glad to that the red took to my hair colour well, or else I might've looked like Ronald McDonald.
~ Later that day I went to my friend Liz's house, and I met four of her friends. Let's just say they were an interesting bunch, though I mean that in a fairly good way. We did karaoke there, well mostly them, I was avoiding singing in front of them.
~ On Sunday, I did pretty much nothing. I caught up on my sleep and sang a lot (due to my lack of it during the karaoke I suspect). I also watched some selections from Newsies much to my mother's dismay.
~ Monday, there was a guest speaker during my Careers class, who was talking about 'surprise, surprise' careers. Oh and my history teacher finally returned, thank God!
~ And that brings us today. Today I had a math quiz and a volleyball skills test. Oh and a Careers quiz (which looked a lot more like a test than a quiz)!
So true, so true! lol.
